Kindly note that from 21st September 2020, import customs clearance of consignment by taking the FTA benefit under Section 28DA of the Customs Act, 1962 and in respect of Rules of Origin under Trade Agreements (FTA/PTA/ CECA/ CEPA) and verification of Certificates of Origin will be subject to detailed at the time of assessment and clearance.

There are substantial changes and so we have prepared note on the same keeping in view CBIC circular no. 38/2020-Customs.
