Implementation of CBIC (ICEGATE) E-payment portal from1st July, 2019– Revised procedure for making e-payment of Central Excise and Service Tax arrears under the new CBIC-GST Integrated portalhttps://cbic-gst.gov.in – Reg.

Kind reference is invited to Board’s letter F. No.IV/(23)/2/2006- Systems/699 dated 13.03.07 with regard to Implementation of EASIEST and e-payment from 01.04.2004. Further, attention is also invited to the Board’s Circular No.1069/2/2019-CX dated 8th May,2019 with regard to the revised procedure for electronic filing of CE & ST Returns and for electronic payment of Excise Duty and ServiceTax.Directed to inform that consequent to the roll out of the integrated CBIC-GST Portal- https://cbic-gst.gov.in/ with effective from 26th May 2019, all functionalities under https://www.aces.gov.in/have since been migrated into CBIC-GST Application and the same are available for taxpayers.

AImplementation of PGA eSANCHIT- Paperless Processing under SWIFT• Uploading of Licenses /Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs) by PGAs - reg.

eSANCHIT' application is successfully in operation since 01.04.2018. with the objective of further reducing physical interface between Customs/regulatory agencies and the trade and to increase the speed of clearance in both imports & exports, a facility to upload digitally signed Licenses/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs) by Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) on eSANCHIT at all ICES locations across India was introduced from 16.11.2018 vide Circular No. 44/2018-Cus.dated 13.11.2018. In this regard, kindly refer to Board's Circular No. 13/2019-Cus.dated 03.06.2019 also. Already 27 PGAs have been enabled for uploading their LPCOs on eSANCHTT.Now, 16 more PGAs with their LPCOs as detailed in the Annexure-I are being brought onboard eSANCHIT platform. With this, the total number of PGAs brought on Board becomes 43 as on date. Further, the Council of Leather Export which is already onboard shall also start uploading their remaining LPCO namely Certificate of Import Clearance for Textile and Textile Articles.
